Like when you attend a seminar or purchase a course and you have sample transactions filled out in the forms included in the course.Whats the procedure for providing blank documents - do not want to cross the line or be accused of acting as an attorney.My gameplan is to provide a sample transaction from start to finish with every document I would use filled out with sample data.
