We purchased a duplex in a beach community that needed rehabbing(one half had been demoed to studs) after purchasing and applying for permits we find that fema limits the rehab to 50% of the apparaised value of the house.

Hello BP community,I'm current looking at homes in Tomball and The Woodlands/Spring area right outside of Houston. 

Total Is $1350 monthly.Based on recent sales in my community, I believe that I can get somewhere around $170k for my coop.

Hello BP Community,We want to make an offer for a piece of land that the asking price is $650,000. 

We are planning to finance the deal so you can think of the bank as being another party in this transaction.My question for the community is the following:  How do you guys usually structure these kinds of deals?

Hi BP community,So i found a property off market and the owner would like to sell without having agents involved (due to commission, etc) What are some of the things I should look at?

I am still in the early stages of researching this and doing due diligence  but I was hoping to hear from the BP community if you have any advice and if someone already built a blank structure before without securing a buyer/tenant.
