The city clerk goes to church with us, the mayor lives across the street from one of our rentals, and the heads of the water and electric departments have both worked on some of our houses.We also have the opportunity to help certain families by allowing them to rent at below market rates.

The homes are mostly RV’s, but they hook up to the well and septic and the place really runs like a MH park—aside from the fact that the tenants pay annually and the park is shut down for half of the year.
