How accurate is that recently sold section of their app?

What would it take to get a service where I fill out an app once and it will forward my application to any property manager i want?

What we have found VERY helpful is using the Toggl app to keep track of time.

Hi Greg,Any Podio app can have a webform enabled for it. 

I would take a look at @Jon Crosby's app called Click2Flip and start there. 

Another app that might work is next door.

The rent in the area around the duplex averages $1/sqft for mid- to upper-tier finishes (hardwood, solid surface counters, SS apps, tile bathroom), so I'm on track for that.

It will be the next generation that will sit at a desk and assemble the next app with point and click using the remanence of code structors and ideas we developed decades before.There will not be a sudden drop in the industry, just a slow move from upwards growth to  declining.
