How often should I be touching these people AFTER the initial campaign?

Hello,I am new to investing and started my mail out campaigns just last month.

So, I’ve been introduced to Podio and I would like to try a ringless VM campaign.

I am about to start my first direct mail marketing campaign, and I am wondering where I can buy A6 invitation envelopes in bulk for a good price.

By I have everything else in place, I meant the my targeted list, direct mail marketing postcards, agents, contractors, title company...etc  I have about $20k saved up for a down payment and a bit more to get my direct mail campaign started as well, forgot to mention that.

another piece - marketing campaign, consisting of letters, phone numbers, websites, calls to action, clear branding, etc.

I am not affiliated with the company in any way but it is totally worth trying.I haven't tried Corefact I am considering them for my next marketing campaign.

I have met 1 in the last 3 years at a few different BP meetups, CT REI, etc. that I thought put the consistent direct mail marketing campaign together and brought consistent deals. 

So maybe do a marketing campaign or call the others directly.
