I believe it's worth putting in that effort because these are long term investments with tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars invested. 

Once I chose someone, Vitudesk set me up with a manager who would assist me in evaluating the caller's performance, making suggestions to improve results, and monitoring the caller's screen time.Sometimes, it can take days or weeks to find someone good, and it can take months to find someone who is good AND is in it for the long haul.

I'm a realtor and comps suggest value is $150-175k all day long.

Mortgages take a long time to pay off, even with tenants and, I'm confused on the math. 

I'm ok with that as long as they "own" securing the subcontractors are regularly on-site and provide good communication back to me.
