Finished property has brand new everything and is currently rented out beating the 1% rule.

Unless they see the brand new suburban out front. 

I wanted to add that in my 8-plex I use the same brand of deadbolts for all of the units.

Most of their stuff you can't match because its a house brand.

A MLS Stadium, a huge Kaiser Hospital, 14 State buildings of 12 stories or more, a dozen mixed use developments, additional bridges connecting to West Sac, $50M Old Sac renovation and amphitheater, new convention center, large major brand hotels, etc.

Someone mentioned on a different thread that they are likely going to drive their branded STRs to homogeneity much like their hotel chains - you get the same product in every city if you stay at a Courtyard or a JW Marriott.

I wanted to get some quick feedback on whether you would use such a tool or think that someone would.My thinking is the target audience is people with no geographic restriction and are open to anything -- the ultimate out-of-state-investor -- who wants to find areas worth focusing on.

I'd show up to get our money and the wife, who'd been avoiding me and/or telling me they didn't have the money for 90-180 days, would have a brand new car in the driveway. 

I've worked with several contractors/maintenance companies in Abilene and would be happy to talk to you about who I used/liked if you find yourself needing recommendations (although I'm sure you may have some ideas of your own since you lived there for a while).I'm brand new as well and gobbling up as much information as I can - currently reading some of the Bigger Pockets ebooks with plans to dive into David's BRRRR book next.
