I do not need much privacy, so I would love to buy a home on the cheaper end of the spectrum with a few bedrooms, and maybe the ability to add a bedroom or two (houses with advertised "bonus room", etc), and then do a rent by the room model to other individuals.

I use the advanced feature to break down rehab costs by category, but all the costs show up as "misc" when exporting to PDF. 

I was thinking of Craigslist but there seems to be only three posters in my whole city under that category there, so there must be somewhere else people go for this.

I see a ton of other rentals listed on FBMP, so I don't think the category is the issue. 

Bonus: If there’s an entire RE portfolio associated with the deceased and it is valued at more than the deceased’s IRS debt, should they sell off everything they can?

I imagine we are not the first to encounter the question and curious what methods people have used in these situations.Let me know if this is better suited for a different category.
