I own 6 homes, have a full time job and also own a retail business, I simply wouldn't have the time to find a property in a different state and find contractors and etc...So for me, turnkey investing makes a lot of sense.

So I have a 1 bed condo that I rent out and last year was the first year I’ve collected rent.

I pursued several options from starting an outdoor retail store to opening a rock climbing gym.

I would not hand this over to a PM unless I was on my death bed.

If you are looking for a condo would you also consider a retail townhome, they offer many of the same advantages?

How much would it cost a retailer to cancel $100M of lease obligations with a length of 0-5 years?

Also, what's the market rent for a Class B 3-bed 1-bath house in your area?
