Are you using a landing page on your ad to capture leads?

They either assume there is lead and asbestos and that provide some kind of disclosure when selling.  

and where can i mark it to get the best leads. 

I am a licensed Cabinet Maker and I know my experience in construction will lead me towards a fix and flip business and a buy and hold strategy as well.

I have noticed a couple bandit signs that have a phone number listed and hand written a street name and a price on the sign, when you follow the arrows it either leads you to nothing or I think maybe one of them maybe a going thru foreclosure. 

As I transition away from my 9-5 job I think becoming an agent/broker might help with personal income and property leads going forward.Thanks again

An individual in a long term care nursing facility is likely to have diminished capacity.A little detective work may lead you to the facility, but that may not be helpful as laws will interfere with facility revealing if your party resides in their facility.You might find your owner but not be wise to get your purchase docs signed by this person. 

As a lot of you know, I'm currently in the lead generation stage.

Most people use direct mailings, Craigslist posts, bandit signs, and driving for $$ in order to find leads to wholesale. 

So that just leads me to believe that those who didn't call to confirm never showed up and it made me glad I didn't either because it would have been a waste of my valuable time.
