We got more detail on the property - it's a lot more suitable for an end-user who wants to refurbish it or a rehabber with deep pockets.The seller's terms are not attractive at all as they are asking for an all cash transaction with a 35% downpayment.

In another thread on the forum I just wrote about my experience at age 23 of being a stockbroker and how the manager was a short sighted and wanted us all to mainly cold call to get clients.I was better with face-to-face introductions and attracting prospects to me instead of me hunting for them with cold calls.A couple of years after I left being a stockbroker I stumbled onto Stanley's book "Networking with the Affluent and their Advisers".
