So I feel like I have 2 options. 1.

You will be the one to feel the growing pains of living in the home first, so arm yourself with what you can to make it as seamless and painless as possible.

Personally, I never feel comfortable at them.

Idaho is incredible and frankly one of the only areas I feel safe investing due to the reasons you mentioned.
