Any ideas of where I should look & ideas to make this successful?

Now if I jump to the 40-50 unit sized buildings, it is very achievable to get to gross revenues that are more than double that.

Looking for ideas on a Debt investment.I have $20,000 to invest in a debt fund or with partner. 8% + return, 6mo-2yr tie up.Prefer seasoned company with many successful deals to their credit.Non-Accredited, SDIRA acceptable.Thanksps: I am not looking at this time for anymore equity investments

Has anyone successfully bought a property through auctions and/or foreclosures?

There are ways I can manipulate the input to achieve a more desired output with real estate - I can fix up a house, add to it, rent it out, lease to own, sell it outright, borrow against it, etc.

I cannot speak directly to the Houston market as I am primarily focused in NH and MA, but I figured I'd share some insights and thoughts I have based on what you've said.First, you do not have to be handy to successfully complete a fix-and-flip, AND, you don't initially have to have any contract contacts.
