Why don't we just drop our insurance coverage, after all's it's just an unnecessary expense. people don't seem to understand that in the investment world, Arbitrage is a term for going long on something somewhere, and going short elsewhere to try to capture a small price inefficiency.

In an idea world, as I make more money in the future, I wish to make out the 401k at 19k per year and then put another 6k into a Roth IRA as well, thus saving 25k per year toward my retirement, which would make that 2.2 million in my 60’s look more like 4 million!

I'll be speaking to FHA/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac types of loans.In these worlds, homes fall into 3 categories - primary homes, secondary homes, and investment properties.A primary home is one that you intend to occupy.

Once in the daytime, and once after dark (9:30 pm-ish).You could probably accomplish both drives (on every street in the zip code) in a couple of hours each, and still have time to hit the zoo and see some incredible animals, and Cedar Point is not too far way either (it's the Roller Coaster capital of the world).
