However I have a buyer who wants to finance this deal so how do I assign my rights to the 3 page purchase and sale agreement I use to a someone who wants to finance the purchase? 

I visited Japantown about a month ago and new stores are there now along with new residential housing.San Jose is HOT and so is the rest of the Bay Area!
