I’ll rent out the other units and use a property manager for the home, only because my day job will take up too much time to manage the property myself. 

All investment income must go back to the IRA, and all investment-related investments must be paid from the IRA.

Obviously piggybacking off of the expert advise of trusted Realtor in the area.

. - After purchasing a home for what I feel was to much I am trying to determine the best route.

To begin, I am considering renting my primary home because the loan is at a low interest rate, and the cash flow, based on comparable rentals in the area, is promising. 

So outsourcing some degree of property mgmt would be a must... but the deal won't work paying a local property manager a large % of my revenue...Instead, I would set up my "boots on the ground" (cleaners, handyman), and would need an offshore virtual assistant to manage guests and coordination of my local team. 

This can help prevent potential conflicts down the line.
