Ask real questions and thank them for the info they share and thank those that share your information.At the same time, share articles, data, reports - whatever you can share - that has real information in it tied back to your particular area or neighborhood or city.  

When the world central banks (including the Federal Reserve) can no longer keep the dollar propped up through treasury bill auctions, we'll likely see a spike in interest rates tied to those securities.

I grew up in that area and have what I believe are strong ties such as old friends and family that still stay in the neighborhood.

Personally, I'd flip it, and sell it QUICK for a lesser price and do it again...Holding on to something until next spring is a long time to tie your money up and what if the pipes freeze?
