i want to buy another 2 family, but im intimidated with these high interest rates and crazy market .im house hacking right now and and have an easy tenant. buying a second property will be more responsiblilty and im anxious. whats a good webinar to help ease my anxiety 

I am fine with that.Other areas are better cash flow, but rents do not rise a lot and little appreciation.
