Shhhhhhhhh A little secrete from an old timer.........From a bag of water conditioner salt rock place some on top of the soil or within a trench and back fill with earth or pack salt rock granules into 1/2 inch round holes drilled 6" apart through concrete 4" away from foundation footings along area of noted termites entering structure, plug drilled holes afterwords.

A park in the country on well, septic, packing plant, or lagoon has many different risks than something on city water and sewer.  

I was sold a turnkey multi once in my early days that was packed with unstable stooges that had zero ability to ever be stable.

The con, is that it's a lot of packing up and moving which most people (understandably) aren't willing to do.
