It absorbs in many products where if it can’t be cleaned properly and they have to be removed and replaced.Again find out what process they took to remediate it and get a sign off from the company that did the clean up.  

If you qualify for SBA, stick with SBA, it will be substantially cheaper than any DSCR or other commercial products as it is insured by the gov on the SBA portion!

Another advantage of Engineering is it usually leads to a good paying entry level job, so you will have more income to invest in Real Estate.In terms of Law, I doubt getting a JD would be productive - unless you want to be a Real Estate lawyer. 

Hey @Chris Napierala, if you have tech experience, which I assume means web creation and/or programming, then you can look at Wordpress as a hosted platform on Blue Host or some other top Wordpress hosting company.There are a ton of widgets and API's for Wordpress just for STR or hoteliers etc.

The first tenants who lived there stayed for 13 years until both their kids graduated from high school, even though the father had to drive 75 miles one way to work every day, just so his kids could go to this good public school.If you have a good product, good value and in a good school district and a good crime area, it probably doesn't make any difference whether you have single family investment properties or multi-family properties.
