@Nathan Barshinger It's pretty obvious you can't build credit over night.

Right when I was in the middle of shopping for properties was when prices shot up ~10% in a month, inventory went to next to nothing overnight, and everybody started skipping inspections, no contingencies, etc!

It reminds me of bitcoin when people wanted to get in way to late because it was jumping 600% a week and then all my friends who did it after me warning them lost their pants when it halved overnight. 

Frankly I hope there aren't too many folks on here falling for the FUD being pumped out by real estate "pros" with ulterior motives.Also for the record, I want to reiterate the process for selling a home to Opendoor: Request initial offer > Accept/deny offer > Home assessment > Revised offer (typically with repair credit ask) > Accept/negotiate/deny revised offer > Closing.Negative comments typically come from two camps: realtors, and sellers who have had a negative experience.

I am sure their are websites for overnight parking. 

She says she will double your money almost over night and you'll be a millionaire in a year. 

I’ll be up from Brooklyn that afternoon for an overnight and could meet in catskill  anytime after 3 pm that day (or evening), or even the morning of Sat Sept 25th if that somehow worked better.
