@Evan O'Brien For the DSCR Loans, (no income verification or bank statements needed) lenders look at the average rental income in the area or look at AirDNA for short-term rentals.

Did you ask for a landlord reference, or verification that she paid her rent or mortgage on time?

I'd like to see the statistical verification that this type of applicant "has a good chance of winning" and also what they are suing for... damages for mental distress?

This property is a fourplex so we eventually (after 4 months of operations) decided to not manage inventory on a "Per-unit basis" and rather on a "Per property basis" With 4 identical units, it became pretty tedious trying to remember which one was out of what.
