If you don't know the cost for replacement, then check out Home Depot or Lowes to get prices of materials.

I look at it like this:I GOTTA DO SOMETHING..........If i keep waiting on the "agent" that's all I will be doing.....waiting..If u want something done do it yourself......regardless of your lack of experience.....I can read and do know how to use google.

So obviously someone in the Montelongo organization had googled hard money and scraped a list of lenders, without any verification at all, since they never contacted me in any way.

I've used Google analytics (free) for years and it is pretty astounding.

I think he's talking about Insider's Cash, which shows up first in a google search.
