Bought 9 condos for total of 360k, in a safe neighborhood near downtown Dallas(south oakcliff).

I am flipping properties in Dallas/Ft worth and want to know if anyone has a good resource or recommendation on a contractor they use that understands volume pricing.

Spent several weeks investigating, then not only invested in a deal in Dallas, but I went on to raising capital for syndicators, became SEC registered (some hard tests involved), and could pretty much shout about syndications from the rooftops to anyone who will listen.

I started with the money part first - and now I have my pre-approvals Now I need the properties...TB12Once I find first property I suppose I will need to update my pic - perhaps Brady wearing a Charger uniform...or Raiders....or Titans...or Dolphins, Giants, Cowboys....or one of the other 20+ teams he is rumored to be heading

I am a fairly new investor in the North Dallas area looking to network. 

They also host a lot of events around the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

SoCal based whole seller, currently in the Inland Empire, Dallas/Forth-Worth/Arlington Metro Area, and Las Vegas/Henderson Metro Area markets.

The cities I'm looking at include: Chicago, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Dallas.

I am new to the Dallas area and getting started with REI flips.

I have a property in Dallas that I am looking to remodel and hopefully add some square footage to.
