It's pretty reasonable & looks really good. takes about a weekend with the allowing drying time.i am in the middle of a rehab & there was no dishwasher. i can only squeeze in an 18" dishwasher but it will help with the rental pooli updated a ton of cabinets too...about $1200 with menard's (midwestern retail store).

I like the itemized list, because I have that info from the screening company - so it is very cut and dry.

They more than likely would have to be off MLS, as the foreclosure market right now is dry and hot.

That would get the air circulating and dry out any moisture.

My architectural style is a newer roof, a dry ceiling and dry floors.

A dry closing, that is where the funding to close the first escrow comes from the money funding the second escrow.

Basements are common here, so we make sure they are bone dry.

Keep in mind a big part of what sunk us in the GFC is that investor loans completely dried up .. right now they are available Albeit at a higher rate then 6 months ago But at least you can still get one.. things get worse LTVs are going to get lowered things will just continue to tighten up .. 

No disrespect intended with this comment but If this was all above board, then why did he wait until after the signatures were dry before he told you about it? 

So all the good and cool people will leave and all the people who cannot find a job if they lose the job they "somehow" got will stay and keep sucking the corp dry.
