Over the months it will take them to catch up this will save them several hundred in fees but I am also collecting that balance.

Seems like something that should be easy to set up, but it seems way more conveluted than it needs to be.I added a user as a Rental Manager, but that only gives them access to the PM Module which literally is just backend stuff that's not that important to being able to message guests.

This would only leave me with $41,000 to bring to closing + closing feesJust make purchase price $421,000 loan would only be $336,000.

We find properties down this way all the time for 200k - 250k, they need 100k and are worth 450k - 500k after.

Obviously with this summer’s market it wasn’t the best decision for making a lot of money but I’ll still make some, learn a ton, help out a neighbor, and got my feet wet!
