You could think about how much capital these investment partners should have to contribute and what their end goals are with the investment(s).How you meet these investment partners is up to you, and can largely be done through groups and other events that draw financially minded people to them.

Then take that system and dump 10's of thousands of dollars into it so $10,000 = $20,000 and so on.
