We have seen people "block out dates" just to spike demand and prices for their houses - then when you go back and cross reference with other platforms like pricelabs u see that nobody actually paid for many of the perceived black out dates.  

For missed payments, charge offs, foreclosures, banktrupcies, etc, time is what will heal the wound.
