Numbers wise, the answer (today) to the farm bailout exceeding the bank bailout is clearly 'yes.' 

I want to get started out right and make a wise decision on what to do with this equity.Professionals- suggestions?

Is there case law on this regarding series LLC's that will be respected in those states, or is it just a theory, because I've seen 2 very well off guys have 100% personal and business wise all accounts and dealings frozen from operating without LLC's, and due to community property extended to their wives assets and dealings also. 

Hi all, My wife and I now own 4 rental units, and are looking to increase rapidly and wisely. 

Also do you know the time on market for comps of this quality of mobile home at that price point.Because as Jay said, these are junkers.And why 1 acre, why not 1/3 acre for less (lower price each for junker buyers) and more inventory (look at Fed Taxes re Inventory, 1031 etc....).What is the sweet spot price wise where junkers are selling fastest?

I was a jack of all trades back then but if it was something I wasnt real good at time factor wise I charged more.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

We don’t struggle right now with self managing and I do all the repairs as I am a licensed contractor as well, are we nuts for doing this or would it be wise to hire a company and if so what is the average cost for a management company?

Am I wise to invest in this 401K while I still can (before getting into real estate, OR am I better off aggressively investing up to $40K per year in real estate rental properties until I have attained financial Independence?
