I don't know what the deal is with oversees investors and I don't know what "blue areas" are.Don't waste a plane trip if you don't know roughly what you want to do.  

Just trying to get this right going in so i don't waste money.

Most agents aren't geared toward investors and if I do find one that is, I'll be wasting their time, because I'm already working with a turnkey seller.
