It refers to getting a property under contract to purchase, and then assigning your contractual rights to another party, via a contract assignment, in exchange for some consideration (an "assignment fee").

The reason is because foreclosures have a 7 year time frames from the date the bank took back the property and the title exchanged hands however, if you can document it happened during the trustee's control of your assets (within the BK CH7) then the BK time frames of 4 years from the date of discharge applies (this is key!).

If that happens Obamacare will try to put the exchanges on the states. 33 have not set up anything and will not bear the cost so it's really a big mess.The whole system was predicated on healthy 20,30,40 year old's paying crazy rates for 1,000 a month policy who never make a claim to offset older people and the poor who heavily use the system for care.
