I also think people have to always keep in mind that no matter if its a $20k house in a very low priced area or a huge 100+ unit apartment building, each and every piece of property and the structure built on that property is its own, unique thing.

I think if you started your own niche brokerage focused on restoring older houses then when you go to list houses for sellers of these homes you would have the network and experience over a traditional broker/agent model.

There aren't any unique characteristics about this house that I know of that would cause it to be more expensive to paint.Am I missing something?

There are so many ways to get started that I can't narrow my ideas down to just one specific niche.
