A search and seizure warrant was signed off and issued for tenants son who resided at my property from evidence I assume acquired by law enforcement.Need eviction attorney recommendation:This started out as a termination for the lease clause mentioned above.

I’ve spoke to others that have had the same issue, it’s a shame but it happens. 

I just don’t want to create legal issues or headaches for the future, but I cannot continue to work with someone who is not proactive enough.Please help me with your insightful advices.

@Aaron Landau  depends on the area but most areas it is not an issue when you are living in the house, it would be like a roommate situation.

The real issue is If you cant pay your mortgage without the help of a rental, you bought way to much house.

I have zero issues finding deals that work in my market (Detroit) and I have a hard time believing that the real operators in any other market are doing all that much different either.

One unit is rented, and the other one just went through some quick renovations (painting, flooring, etc), but I found a few minor issues during the viewing.
