One guy that sold a bunch was Demetris Mathis, Bob Lucroy, Walter Woofard, Brad Miller, then in Birmingham you had Justin Harrison, Aaron Adams at Alpine in Indy, And Jerry Cohen and his Son Sean who I loaned money to many times, I see Sean has gone into hard money lending. and the list goes on and on.

The original developer’s son was managing the property himself.

I was renting,when the house fire happened,Fire Dept investigators red tagged it,owners remodeled,from insurance money then sold over a million,never told buyer it was arson,until arsonist returned trying to get it,who is my son awaiting prison,I finally have a place ,home owner told me I can't use him as reference because he didn't want to lie,yet lied to buyer who is now terrified and didn't know ,is worried about safety for her family,,owner never disclosed?

I live just outside Raleigh NC and am looking to invest in this area, as well to as far east as Wilson NC and south to my hometown of Fayetteville NC.I've been reading over the reams of free content here and watching/listening to the podcasts, and a few books as well (including the ever popular Rich Dad, Poor Dad, of course), and I am so impressed by this community and how much information you guys are willing to share to help out others on their journey.So anyway, just a bit about me:I am 38 years old and married with 2 wonderful sons, and I work in banking.

When pressed, turns out the property manager supplied a range after the lease was signed because the tenant's sons' signed the lease (she's 80 years old), and she wanted a range. 

I'm married, have an almost 3-year-old son, and I'm incessantly focused on how I can replace my income, and become completely financially free while my kid is still young.We bought our home up in Lacey, WA, and sold it before moving back here 3 years later.

My mother wants her sons (me and my brothers) to take it, but not without taking care of her first.
