To summarize, alot of the issues you are experiencing can be mitigaged with proper contract management from the start as it offers the ability to understand staffing and the many relationships and contract participants.

The most successful investors we work with buy solid properties in great areas, reinvest all the cashflow and repeat.

My advice to you is to make sure you have a rock solid team available to you because the things that will really trip you up are the service calls whether they come in during the day or the middle of the night.

@Jaquon Miller, while there are certainly some lessons that are learned from fix and flips and BRRRR that may translate into syndications, I would say it is not totally the same.Syndications require a far more in-depth understanding of investment finance than the typical BRRR or Fix and Flip.  

However, a nuanced understanding reveals that the impact varies across different sectors of the market.
