The main challenge with that was that the escrow agent hadn’t sent their wire info and I was leaving the country the next day at noon but was able to do it online as I traveled.

Well the city came and did the inspection but flagged the property saying Smoke detectors, GFi sockets had to be installed, and some wires had to be repaired before they would release the property for electricity.

At the end of the redemption time period You can apply for a Deed to the property.The next question once You decide on what You want to invest in, how far do You want to travel, for most beginners who has a full time job, in my opinion would be as close to home as possible, until such time You can afford to travel
