You have much more control over the use of your equity because it is much more liquid which is great for the smart investor, however it also has the ability to allow for families to leverage their I've had a good amount of training and experience regarding this product and its strategy. 

I think it is a smart idea to own your own home and personally, I wouldn't want to rent my entire life. 

As an FYI: Just as @Lucas Carl does not want to put things in writing (he is a smart person), by asking the question and with the facts you gave, you believe possibly that there is lead paint and you put it in writing.
