The woman fell in love with the house as soon as she walked in, but her pre approval fell well short of my listing price.She asked if she can buy the house at the less than asking price and then send me monthly payments until she hits my original listing price.I would love any advice if anyone has experienced anything similar to this situation.

Interest applied to the original Loan amount, and not to the remaining balance.2 - 20 year term to payoff.3 - Payments would be made monthly for P & I.4 - Interest over 20 years @ 10%/year = $10k/year for each loan.5 - Principle payoff per year = $5k/yr/loan6 - TOTAL coverage needed = $15k/yr/loan or $30k/yr based on $200k in loans (both loans)This allows you to use the funds as many times as you want, but only have to pay for these funds once.

My thinking was after getting the property under contract, instead of the normal contract assignment with assignment fee I could use the seller financing option and have the buyer make enough of a down payment to satisfy  the price in the original agreement of sale and have monthly payments with interest paid to me.Thanks,Daniel
