So, unless you have a home run deal (PP 60% of ARV - Repairs), you will likely leave part, if not all, of your money in the property.I'm not saying it's impossible to achieve, but it's always good to have decent expectations so you don't give up after your first deal.Best of luck!

I’m curious what the large HML’s require.All of our borrowers could probably afford minimal damage to all their homes, even if we had to step in and help with the repairs.
