So they don't care if they pay a little extra for it as long as it's cheaper than buying a fully renovated house in the area.2) Other potential investors you are competing with especially some of the bigger ones I have sold to in the past have CASH and their own crews or ones that they use regularly and have a long standing relationship with and therefore can reno at a lower cost than the rest of us at fair market value.Sending your agent those figures is nice, but she doesn't care if you're going through listing agent.
