The mall is being rebranded as a super luxury shopping experience, which won't hurt appreciation of these condos with their proximity.

In your experience, is it common that tenant screening is not required by a landlord policy offered in the US/Colorado?   

I have real estate in several states and the management in Omaha in my experience is nothing short of terrible. 

Any time spent on your properties will provide you with invaluable experience and understanding of the asset you own.As you scale, you will hire more and more work out but until then don't be afraid to get into your investments.The picture below was a long day managing a community park we are building in one of my mobile home park communities. $50,000 job done for less than $10,000.

My partner has extensive experience in the new construction industry, and see opportunity in the triangle for in-fill and rural lot new construction.

It shows the space is utilized and adds value to the living experience.

I did manage hotels for ~7 years, and have some experience with Airbnb currently.We are unable to place the new building into an LLC due to the mortgage conditions, so we are instead going to put it in a trust.

The Philly office has it down to a science, so I'm not surprised you had such a great experience.
