Also like your deal, four years after we purchased it, we were approached by a representative of a developer (for Walgreens) who eventually purchased our property for a profit a little more than your deal.I haven't been able to start buying lots (in future prime locations) yet for my personal investment, but I hope to pick up a couple this year.

There is plenty here to find out what has changed since Brandon wrote his book and, I'm sure he'll admit he's not a finance type, especially with tenant buyers.He's going down predatory lane using L/Os as a weeding out, in OK, they do have orange jumps suits at that big hotel along the Will Rogers Turnpike, you know, the one with the big fence around it and signs saying do not pick up hitchhikers!

However, if you go to the meetups, you can usually spot some of the 1% :)PS: Do note that just as you would vet a good investor agent, that same investor agent will probably want to also vet you and make sure that you are a serious buyer and not some random guy that is trying his luck at the "get rich quick" real estate scheme.
