I am wondering if anyone has a similar experience with this when it comes to receiving the proper financing.I am in the Orlando/Davenport Florida area.

Besides the condition of the property and possible repairs, what else do I need to know to analyze a property properly?

I'd like to find a deal using creative financing, but also don't want to be stuck holding a property if we don't have the capital or reserves to properly work it.

We do ask the questions we're allowed to ask, and we do ask for the proper proof.

If you properly serve them the notice and they still don't leave then you proceed to filing the eviction.
