I don't want to get into something that can come back to bite me.....fines, violations, restrictions on future improvements needing permits....many possibilities for repercussions.

@Brad Hammond its all comes down to the price... does the unit you added has permit?

So I am a new and young real estate developer however I am student at heart and I enjoy here from you guys, y’all have a lot more experience then I do so my questions is this what is all the approvals and permits needed to develop something new from site selection to actual construction?

Clause wording:To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenant shall not be permitted to, and shall notpermit any family, visiting friends, dependents, guests, licensees or invitees of Tenant to grow, produce,possess, consume, use, smoke, or ingest any marijuana, cannabis or any products or ingestibles containingmarijuana or cannabis in any location in, on or about the Premises; the foregoing prohibition to beabsolute and without exception and shall include any growing, production, possession, use orconsumption pursuant to any medical use or medical prescription, or any medical, retail or recreationalmarijuana activities that may otherwise be permitted under any local, state or federal laws, rules orregulations now or hereafter in effect.

If I lived in Waco I would buy a hot dog cart, get a permit and hang out on the corner of the silos and make $2500 a day. 

I need either a licensed plumber and electrician to pull permits or maybe just get a GC who can.
