I know a little about investments from my corporate gig, but never really took to becoming an expert (I actually find it a bit boring), due to my passion for real estate.

My investment goals are to create passive income, enough to eventually retire me and my family so that I can pursue my real passion to become a philanthropist.

However, my passion for real estate really came from my love for living in the Denver Metro Area.

These sellers, although they're property is on the market have a slightly more passionate urge to get a deal done, after-all they were just fully committed to a deal that fell through.

I could sense your drive and your passion when I first met you.

Through it all, I've always been persistent, and I've never lost the belief that entrepreneurship is the only way to live my life with passion and the potential for freedom for my family… a philosophy I've seen over and over again here at BP, which I think is great.

I can tell just by reading the post you are passionate about it!

So for instance if I am wholesaling, grow to a point where I have enough cash to do rehabs, and also have rental properties generating income, and a couple hobby businesses where they are just my passion and they also work for itself.

But I think flipping will be more in line with my passion and goals than wholesaling.
