@Mark S.When I created my living trust I went to all my banks to have all my accounts retitled to the living trust.The checks and debit cards still have my name on it but the official owner is the trust.

Generally mobiles in parks have to be owner occupied and can’t be rentals.Flipping mobile homes in parks for quick cash can also be very profitable.

In gentrifying areas - Wash Park or the Highlands in Denver, West Port in KC, the old North East in St Pete, (name any other of 1000 old neighborhoods that are suddenly hipster friendly) this can be a gold mine.So, if you've got an extra lot you need to think about.

Even so, I would prefer to keep close to requirements of the ordinances as possible when it comes to parking and occupancy as I believe those were made because there is a real concern in the community and this (in my opinion) is circumventing the rules enough as it is.I hope this sounds like an interesting opportunity for many of you!

Purchase price: $80,000 Cash invested: $30,000 Purchased this 8 lot + 8 home park in November 2019 for $80,0002 trailers were junk so I called the local religious cult and they are taking them for me (saving me $$$)Cleaning them up 1 by 1. will rent them out for $850-$1000/ home.
