So needles to say, my capital is a little tight at the moment.Based on my research of the wholesale market, I realize that it is not a quick and easy way to get started; but I am more than willing to be patient and put together a great process in order to be successful.

My advice is to look all over Texas and be patient to find a really nice one at a low price.
