I definitely recommend listening to the podcasts.

There are tons of free resources for you to start your real estate career.Take a moment and look at the learn tab on top and read through all the how to guides.Next listen to all the podcasts.  

If you haven't yet been listening in on the podcasts I really recommend it.

I'll need to listen to @Sharon Vornholts podcast again and read some of her articles on probate marketing.
