That way if everything goes to hell, I know I won't be moving back in with the parents.Maybe it's just my area (Midwest) but I find it hilarious that the prospect of accumulating half a million dollars of real estate in cash is actually easier than going through the ridiculous process of crafting resumes and cover letters, submitting applications online which aren't even read by humans and are usually immediately denied, going through weeks of interviews, and maybe getting another miserable job.

So you can put the package together, and they need to do the verification's and approve the applicant based on income, expenses and the value of the home.

Thanks @Kevin PfeifferI hate waiting also but you can keep active with submitting numerous offers every day.If submitted in a professional manner there shouldn't be to much drama from the sellers side.I do tell the agent or seller that this is just my opinion of what the property is worth and that I could be wrong.

I am renting my 2 bed/1 bath from $575 for an apartment to $850 for a house.I got an application today for a 2 bed/1 bath house even before I listed it on the market.
