I actually think most older homes were built better than new homes with the exception of windows, seals, things of that nature burn the bones of the house are better built.

But given the nature/desirability of property in prime SF, it would seem like there would be an opportunity cost in selling this off for an immediate gain.

Because of the nature of his degree, I thought I'd recommend REI over focusing on the good debt he has obtained.

As you start to look at properties and make offers, you will automatically meet owners, investors, closing agents, brokers, and of course a few shady characters but the bottom line is that a network is built by you taking action and I have found that as a result of that action it happens naturally.
